There is a waiting list for portraits year round. Depending on the time of year, the turnaround can range from 5-16 weeks. The queue is smaller the first half of the year and gets longer the closer we get to Christmas. Feel free to contact me to get the exact date for the next spot in my queue.

Option One ~ The option is of the house only with white space around the structure. This is a great option to showcase a house while removing unsightly surroundings. This option is of the house only.

Option Two ~ This option is a full-scene painting. showcasing the structure and the surrounding scenery. This is a great option for properties with large trees.

The multiple closeup photos are great for reference. However, I will need a single photo with the entire structure, in the frame, at the angle you wish me to paint it. Due to my current workload and the amount of time required to work from different angles, I am not currently accepting such commissions.
